  Its a Woolworths. What more do you want me to say Google. Staff are friendly... Food isn't rotten... Don't sell the bagged milk I was looking for but eh.

  shop there every day from 1st day they opened up, ok shop most of the staff friendly, continious problem I had is in the deli department 3 times I had an angry unfriendly service by fat guy in a glasses, first time I thought he had a bad day but now I am sure after 2 more times that he always like that., also bought products on special 3 or 4 times but when checked receipt at home only to see that was charged full price. it puts you off from shopping there :(. now I prefer travel a bit further and recommend Coles in Cockburn.

  I use this store at least once a week as I travel to Atwell regularly - great products and staff. However, last night I went to return a DVD - bought at that store, still in packaging and with receipt and was told by a pleasant young assistant that 'Woolworths do not accept DVDs for return'. When I asked why, was told that 'that's company policy' Surprise, surprise - checking their returns policy online today it states that other than gift cards, 'we will cheerfully refund the purchase price where you have simply changed your mind and you return the product to us unopened, and in it's original packaging with clear proof of purchase. Seems Woolies needs to have their staff take a look at their refund policy procedures. Will check my local Woolies today to see if their staff are more informed of their returns policy procedures

  ## Follow up today - Woolworths Floreat refunded the amount with the greatest of apologies for the inconvenience caused. For the record, Floreat store had the 'conditions of purchase' on a large visible placard near their service desk. The exact wording appeared ie other than gift cards, anything still in it's original wrapping and receipt will be refunded. :)

  Love that Woolworths is just down the road from us instead of driving 20 minutes to go do shopping. Staff are very friendly and always fresh items. The only thing obviously is more specials Woolworths. Western Australian people are struggling.
