  Less than helpful doctors. After my second visit trying a different doctor as the first was rude had no interest in finding out what was actually wrong with me and clearly didn’t want to be there, i will not be returning.

  The receptionist Erica is absolutely rude. Sarcastic not welcoming. Mannerism is out of this world. So unhelpful in filling the new client form. Attitude is appalling. Did not explain anything. 0 to 100 real quick. Asking why I want to leave feedback even though she was aware she was being rude !

  If I could give a zero, I would. Front desk staff are nice, but don't expect much actual doctoring or nursing. Nurse is actually quite rude. Always running late. Always.

  I have used this clinic as a walk in and by appointment and feel lucky to have it so close to home. Great friendly receptionists and great doctors. I have a few favourites but receive good treatment from all of them. Bonus pathology is there and open on sundays til 12pm and the pharmacy being 24/7. Plus I use health engine and it’s easy to book an appt. The longest I’ve waited is 35min and that was as a walk in. Very happy.

  Today, I have taken my 3 year old daughter to see a GP. Got an appointment with Dr. Marian Hanna and we are now shocked with her service. Very disgusting. Will send a complain tomorrow to the practice manager. I can give some example of doctor behavior with us

  5) Talk very fast like Melbourne cup racing, given names for lots of over the counter medicine. I can't remember any one of it.

  4) Requested doctor to look at red rashes on my daughter hands, doctor said she is having an emergency patient, can't give us any more time.

  3) Never measured my daughter weight but shown us couple of child growth trends for Age Vs weight and Age Vs height
